4. Player Protection Tools

Betsmove provides the following tools to help players manage their gambling activity. All tools can be activated immediately by contacting our customer support team.

Cooling-Off Period

Players may request a short-term break from their account. Cooling-off periods are available for a minimum of 7 days. During this period, you will be unable to log in or place bets. To activate, contact customer support.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel they need a longer break may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months. During self-exclusion:

  • Access to your account will be blocked immediately upon request.
  • All marketing and promotional communications will cease.
